How do I contact Customer Support?

Please contact us immediately if you have any problems. There are 3 ways to contact Customer Support:

Live Chat Support:

Our most popular method and the quickest way to get your answer. Our average resolution time is 10 minutes.

Our Live Chat Support agents are available from 2:00PM to 10:00PM, Monday to Friday.

To access chat please click the "Live Chat" link on the right side of this page. If you do not see the link during our hours of chat operation, wait a few moments and refresh your screen as the link will only appear when a support agent is available.

Email Support:

Use our Customer Support form to send an email about specific products and issues. Email support is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week but we will be closed on Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
